For preorder items, processing and production times may take longer. Estimated shipping timelines for preorder collections will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

Incorrect Address Information

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

International Customs & Duties

International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged by their country.
